ECEC Resource Distribution Initiative
Resources for Queensland Children!
Children’s Rights Queensland, in partnership with the Queensland Government Department of Education, is delivering children’s rights resource packs to all Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and early years services across Queensland. In May 2026, these packs will be distributed statewide, ensuring services have access to practical resources that support children’s rights in everyday practice.
Each resource pack includes a curated collection of materials designed for young children, including the books I Am Me, The ABCs of Children’s Rights, The Big Book of Rights and The Right to Be Me, along with posters, and an educator’s guide. These resources support educators to introduce and embed children’s rights in engaging and age-appropriate ways.
Children’s Rights Queensland is excited to see these resources distributed across the state. This initiative supports the creation of safe, inclusive and respectful learning environments where children feel valued, heard and supported.
